While we're enjoying what is typically our three weeks of winter here in Texas, my mind is thinking ahead to SPRING!! This is my absolute favorite time of the year. This year we intend to spend a lot of the season outdoors in our new yard. I intend to plant (and hopefully harvest) several types of fruits and veggies.
